GROSS PAY PROMISE

We promise that the Gross pay quoted is the Gross pay the worker will receive

HOW IS PEO DIFFERENT TO UMBRELLA

PEO solutions is similar to umbrella employment as the workers will still be employees of Global Back Office. Where it is different is workers will be paid a rate of Gross pay which has been agreed with the agency up front. This differs from umbrella employment as an umbrella contracting rate is agreed up front and the costs of employing the worker are then deducted from the contracting rate.

HOW ARE RATES PROCESSED ON PEO?

The employment costs, which under umbrella employment are in the rate where as under PEO they are invoiced to the agency on top of the amount of the gross pay agreed. This option is therefore much easier for the workers to understand and can be structured to cost the agency the same as an umbrella rate leaving the workers much happier with no extra cost to the agency.

If you don’t currently have the means or budget to run an internal Payroll or HR department then we can take away these burdens for you, removing cost and constraints of an internal payroll solution or extra staff thus saving you time and money. We offer simplified timesheets and payments, pay one invoice weekly/monthly and leave the rest to us, we take care of it all including queries from the workers.

EXTRAS FOR THE WORKER

As you will be an employee of Global Back Office you will legally be entitled to all statutory benefits such as Holiday Pay, Sick Pay (SSP), Maternity Pay (SMP) and Pension. You will gain 28 days holidays (inc. bank holidays) paid per year as well as being covered under our accidental insurance for incidents at work that causes you to have time off.
